At this time, we are not in-network with Medicaid or Medicare plans. If you are seeking services under one of these plans, we are happy to help provide information about alternative community resources.

Sliding scale availability is limited and based on clinical availability and financial need. Please contact our office to discuss whether sliding scale options are currently available.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cards are also accepted when applicable.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients in need of services and helps ensure continuity of care.
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your policy. We can provide a detailed receipt (often called a “superbill”) for you to submit directly to your insurance company.
Reimbursement rates and eligibility vary by plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits.
