MEET OUR TEAM
Meet the humans behind the healing.

Owner, Clinical Supervisor, & Therapist
Kelsi Graff, MS, NCC, LPC
Since beginning my work in the mental health field in 2010, I’ve been passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and uncover their own strength and resilience. It is an honor to walk alongside people during some of their most vulnerable and transformative moments.

Over the years, my clinical work has primarily focused on trauma recovery, including seven years of experience in the domestic violence and sexual abuse field. I’ve also worked in school-based settings supporting students with depression, trauma, autism, and stress-related challenges. Additionally, I enjoy working with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster emotional connection.

Currently, much of my work centers around clinical supervision. I am deeply invested in supporting new clinicians as they grow in skill, confidence, and professional identity. Supervision allows me to help shape the next generation of therapists while ensuring clients across our practice receive thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate care.
I incorporate a blend of traditional therapy modalities along with creative tools like sand tray, expressive techniques, and non-directive play—always tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client or supervisee.
