KELSI GRAFF, MS, LPC, NCC
Owner, Office Manager and Therapist
I have been in the mental health and counseling field since 2010. It is my absolute passion to help empower individuals to work through their struggles and hardships and lead healthy and balanced lives. It is such an honor to be trusted by clients to work through some of the most difficult feelings and situations they face.
My clinical experience has largely focused on overcoming trauma. I have worked in the domestic violence and sexual abuse field for 7 years. I also have experience working in the education system with students struggling with depression, trauma, autism and stress. In addition to these areas of expertise, I also enjoy working with couples and families to improve communication skills and work through concerns that lead to emotional and communication barriers in the relationships.
I have experience utilizing traditional therapy modalities as well as sand tray, creative expressions, and non-directive techniques, which allows me to meet the diverse needs of individual clients, finding the best approach for them.

I am a licensed social worker with experience in multiple settings. I received my master's degree from Millersville University. I have experience working with domestic violence and rape crisis, individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, drugs and alcohol, the homeless population, survivors of trauma, and eating disorders. Although versed in multiple techniques, I tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-based techniques (such as CPT) to help clients work through trauma experiences. I also focus on solution focused, grounding, meditation work, and mindfulness when working with clients on coping skills.
I use the person-in-environment approach to meet my clients where they are, regardless of what they are coming in to focus on. I am passionate about helping clients recognize the power that lives within them and teaching them to live with intention and authenticity.
ADAM CARTER, MA, LPC
Therapist
I have been working as a counselor within a large counseling agency setting since
the Spring of 2021. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and am credentialed by the state as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy walking alongside my clients to support them in their journeys, empowering them to find and utilize positive strategies to meet their goals and make positive changes in their lives.
My clinical work has focused on both mental health concerns and substance use disorder issues. As such, I have experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy to address trauma, interpersonal therapy and facilitating therapeutic groups. Additionally, I believe the work done in the therapy room can be deepened using creativity, and because of this, I utilize a degree of experiential interventions. I find it the utmost privilege to utilize my experience to support clients through the therapy process, meeting them where they are on their journey towards healing.
