A Peek Inside Our Therapy Rooms

How To Get Started
*We currently do not currently participate with Medicare/Medicaid plans
1. Fill out our enrollment form (3-5 minutes).
2. Our intake team reviews your form.
We’ll carefully review your information to match you with a therapist that we think will be a good fit.
3. We reach out to set up an appointment.
We’ll grant you secure client portal access and send over digital forms for you to complete. These forms go over your background information, insurance information, and practice policies.

What To Expect
When You Arrive
Both of our offices offer off-street parking for your convenience.
Please plan to arrive approximately 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to get settled and complete paperwork.
Coming into a new space—and beginning therapy for the first time—can be nerve-wracking. We get it. Our team strives to create a cozy environment and make your first visit as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
When you arrive, you’ll enter our waiting area, where your therapist will greet you and review some additional paperwork with you. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions before beginning your session.
Then, your therapist will give you a brief tour and lead you to a private therapy room for your session.
About Your First Session
Your first session is an opportunity to begin building a connection with your therapist. Together, you’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any immediate concerns you’d like to address.
Your therapist may ask questions about your background, current stressors, goals, and support systems to gain a fuller understanding of your story. This helps us tailor your care to meet your unique needs.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. Many people start therapy unsure of where to begin—and that’s okay. Your therapist will help guide the conversation at a comfortable pace.
This first session sets the foundation for your ongoing work together, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of what therapy will look like moving forward.
