Meet The Supervisor
Supervision is provided by Kelsi Graff, LPC, NCC, who has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over five years and has worked in the counseling field since 2010. Kelsi brings extensive experience in domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy, having served as a nationwide trainer for the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV), and has also worked within probation and parole and in correctional settings.
Her diverse professional background—from systems-level work to private practice development—shapes a trauma-informed, grounded, and practical approach to supervision. Kelsi is passionate about helping new clinicians strengthen their confidence, deepen their clinical insight, and grow into their unique professional identity as they work toward full licensure.
