Important Insurance Coverage
Information
We encourage all clients to call their insurance provider directly to verify mental health benefits prior to beginning services.
Coverage can vary based on individual plans and may include copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or limitations related to network participation.
We’re committed to transparency and want you to feel informed before beginning care. If questions come up as you review your benefits, we’re here to help you think through your options.
At this time we do not participate with Medicare/Medicaid plans.
Insurance Participation
We are currently in-network with the following commercial insurance plans:

Capital Blue Cross

Aetna*

Aetna Insurance:
Please note that some Aetna plans outsource mental health benefits to providers such as Optum. If your benefits are outsourced, sessions at Mountain View Counseling & Wellness Center may require self-payment, with the option to submit claims for reimbursement directly to your insurance provider.​
