Walk us through what a session with you feels like. . .

Clients often describe sessions with me as warm, engaging, and comfortable. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I strive to make therapy feel like a collaborative conversation rather than a clinical experience, balancing compassion with practical strategies that help you move toward meaningful change.

Who do you feel most effective and energized working with?

I enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals and believe meaningful growth can happen with people from all backgrounds, personalities, and life experiences. That said, I often feel energized working with clients who are willing to show up authentically and courageously engage in the therapeutic process. Whether they're just beginning their journey or have been doing the work for years, I value partnering with people who are open to self exploration and committed to creating meaningful change at their own pace.

What approaches do you use, and what does that actually look like for a client in the room?

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and other interventions as appropriate. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I individualize treatment based on each client's unique goals, personality, and experiences. In our sessions, you can expect a blend of meaningful conversation, practical skill-building, thoughtful reflection, and collaborative problem-solving to help you create lasting change.

What's something that you're really good at as a therapist?

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is meeting people where they are and recognizing that there's no one size fits all approach to therapy. I strive to create an individualized experience that reflects each client's unique strengths, goals, and values. I enjoy helping people identify solutions, build on their resilience, and feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients recognize their own potential while supporting them with compassion, collaboration, and evidence based care.

What do clients tell you about working with you?

Clients often tell me they appreciate my genuine, down-to-earth approach. They described me as conversational, relatable, and easy to talk to. They value that I meet them where they are, tailor therapy to their individual needs, and create an environment where they feel both supported and empowered

What are you into outside of work?

Outside of being a therapist, I value spending quality time with my family and friends. Music has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy playing the piano and appreciate how music can bring people together and promote healing. I also believe in making room for joy, laughter, and fun, and I try to bring that same balance of warmth and authenticity into my work with clients.
