Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a red light therapy session or package, you agree to the following terms: Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, your session may be rebooked for a later date without penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the session being forfeited. That session will not be applied to a future booking and will be marked as used. No Refunds: All sessions and packages are non-refundable. Package Flexibility: Package sessions (6-pack or 12-pack) may be used at your convenience, subject to availability. Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
